Scope: Immersive VR Production, Cinematic Capture, Shared Dome Activation

Challenge:

To showcase the natural and cultural wonders of the Red Sea region, our team was tasked with creating an immersive, high-impact VR experience for a VVIP audience at one of Riyadh's most exclusive events. The project required capturing the Kingdom’s heritage sites, mountain ranges, coastlines, islands, and natural landscapes in unprecedented detail, all while maintaining cinematic quality in a technically complex environment.

Approach:

We conducted a 10-day shoot using state-of-the-art 8K stereoscopic VR cameras, drones, and specialist equipment. Every shot was meticulously planned to deliver fully immersive depth and perspective, giving viewers the sensation of being physically present in each location.

The resulting 7-minute cinematic VR activation was presented in a shared VR dome, allowing VVIP audiences to explore the region’s landscapes in a fully immersive, collective experience. From capturing delicate natural vistas to showcasing iconic heritage sites, 208 Films combined cutting-edge technology, creative vision, and local expertise to deliver a truly unforgettable experience.
